6 Dangerous Reasons why not set goals and never succeed
Goal setting is the framework for personal fulfillment. This is the backbone become a person you want to be. Setting and achieving personal goals will guarantee success. Most people who do set goals have little or no knowledge the setting of goals and results are not achieved and never succeed. You'd think that if goal setting is the last skill and secret to success everyone to develop their own personal goals and learn how to achieve them. Unfortunately, the world is not perfect. There are six reasons not dangerous people set and achieve their goals which act as a barrier to their success.
There are several reasons why people do not set goals like why people do not care about communicating effectively. I know for absolute certainty that everyone will experience a more successful and enjoyable to life if they learned to communicate effectively. Possibly the biggest development today Personal Coach, Anthony Robbins said: "The way we communicate with others and with ourselves ultimately determines the quality of our lives." Effective communication determines the quality of your life with others in the personal development determines the quality of his inner life.
The first reason why I think people do not set goals is they do not see its importance. Like people who do not develop their communication and other aspects of themselves, they see the importance of setting goals. I've known people who are incredibly resistant to the development of their communication. They have actually found it insulting to think they need to improve how they communicate! Each person on the face of the Earth always can communicate more effectively and improve their lives as a result. Similarly, the goals that some people do not see the importance of personal goals. Setting goals is the foundation for personal fulfillment and is of utmost importance.
A second reason why people fail to set goals is the fear of others caused by the critics. People criticize because they see faults in others or brainwashed by society and other beliefs in the minds of greatness is not can be achieved. Criticized keep people back from achieving the objectives. the media does not want others to go beyond average. A person can fear setting goals because every time we have set targets in the past, others criticized and torn down your dreams. Others impose its own self-limiting beliefs through criticism instill fear in the person. Think of receiving criticism as a poisonous needle injected into the body. Slowly controls and destroys what you want. The destructive thought of fear controls the person to achieve something extraordinary. Put bluntly, screw what people think. Screw allowing people to destroy their lives with their beliefs. Society is filled with endless garbage to prevent the achievement of its objectives. If you want something, go and get by setting and achieving personal goals.
The third reason why people do not set goals is a fear of failure. They may think success is derived from not failing. The opposite is true. Success comes from not much and not fast. Famous inventor Thomas Edison said: "I have not failed. I just found 10,000 ways that will not work." Being an inventor, Thomas understand that failure was beyond successful. If they are not nuts and bolts, which built its success. Understand that failure occurs and is presented for action. Learning from failure and enjoy knowing that they are moving towards their goals instead of fearing the figure after them first.
The fourth reason why people do not set goals is a fear of success. People who fear success believe it is wrong. Fear is common in the wealth and they want an attractive partner because the negative results will occur. They believe that wealth is evil or certain type of partner is unfaithful. Fear prevents them from achieving what they want, not the basis for its willingness to set a goal.
The fifth reason why people do not set goals is they do not know how. This reason is related to the fear of failure when the person has set goals in the past, but they have not been reached and failure is discouraged. These people become discouraged and think failure is imminent failure. Do not learn from past mistakes and move toward personal growth. The classic example is the loss weight as a new year resolution. One of the motivations purely temporary inspires the person who is lucky enough to lose weight in January, but without progression toward achieving the goal occurs in the following months. If not set, and start working toward a goal now, what makes you think you will be able to do as resolution New Year? There are techniques such as setting SMART goals that I have written about but not covered in this article. Using SMART goals lets you set and achieve goals then just want a result based on the temporal reasoning too common throughout the New Year period.
The sixth reason why people do not set goals is that they lack the inner desire of wanting something more than what they have today. For them, simply ordinary or even sub-ordinary. These people do not believe can reach or deserve success because society has conditioned them to think they're ordinary people, so they need to do ordinary things. It can also be caused by failure, criticism, and other reasons why people do not set goals.
Did you know you are on one of these six dangerous reasons people do not set goals and as a result never succeed? Do not worry too much because you are now more aware of themselves and able to do something about it. All required for you to do is learn how to set attainable goals. I personally advise people to follow the SMART goal setting technique because consistency with goal setting for success is the nail. Set specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and concrete goals leading to your success. Teacher this skill and technique you will have the most powerful personal development effort to succeed.
